Nikore Associates, a policy research and advisory firm, is seeking an entry‑level Remote Data Analyst. The position is fully remote and open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience, offering the chance to work at the intersection of data, development, and public policy.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate datasets for research and policy projects.
• Perform quantitative analysis using Excel.
• Prepare policy briefs, research reports, and proposal support documents.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Develop presentations and other analytical outputs for decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional or research experience.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Clear, structured writing skills.
• Interest or exposure to gender and social inclusion, MSMEs, labour, infrastructure, or broader development policy sectors.
