Entry-Level Field Officer – Kebbi State, Nigeria

About the role

The organization New Incentives is seeking motivated entry‑level Field Officers to support its cash‑transfer program that encourages mothers to complete their infants' immunisation schedule in Kebbi State, Nigeria. Officers will work directly with public clinics, enrolling eligible beneficiaries and monitoring service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Enroll eligible mothers and infants at remote public clinics across Kebbi State.
• Monitor immunisation services, verify that vaccinations are recorded and reported accurately.
• Interact with clinic staff and beneficiaries to provide health education and explain follow‑up visit dates.
• Conduct rapid assessments of clinic performance and report findings.
• Assist with cash‑transfer disbursements, maintain accurate cash management records, and prevent fraud.
• Document outreach activities, campaigns, and any stock‑out issues.

Required profile

• Resident of one of the listed LGAs or towns in Kebbi State.
• Young, hardworking candidate willing to travel to remote locations.
• Strong commitment to improving child health outcomes.
