Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Monty Mobile, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing relationships. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and deal closure, while delivering value‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned revenue targets through new customer acquisition and growth within enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly objectives.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into tailored proposals and commercial offers.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with legal, finance, and management to finalize contracts.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates and contribute to sales review meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in technology or telecommunications.
• Proven experience managing mid‑market or enterprise accounts and handling the full sales cycle.
• Familiarity with solution‑based selling and stakeholder management.
