Enterprise Account Manager – Infrastructure & Clouds

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will lead strategic enterprise accounts in the infrastructure and cloud space, driving revenue growth and building long‑term executive relationships. This senior role requires a consultative sales approach to acquire, retain, and expand high‑value customers across key Nigerian sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and nurture relationships with C‑suite executives and key decision‑makers.
• Identify and close new business, cross‑sell, upsell, and expand existing accounts.
• Lead complex B2B sales cycles from prospecting through contract closure.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure solution delivery and satisfaction.
• Oversee contract renewals, client retention, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast revenue, and report account performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of enterprise sales or key account management experience in technology solutions.
• Proven track record managing large, complex B2B accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of the Nigerian enterprise market, especially in Financial Services, Public Sector, Energy or Telecommunications.
• Established network with senior business executives and strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
