About the role
We are seeking a dedicated English Tutor to enhance the English language proficiency of our staff. The role involves designing and delivering tailored lessons that address the specific learning needs of adult learners.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver English language lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Assess each learner’s English proficiency and create personalized learning plans.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and adjust teaching methods to improve outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or recognized English language teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching or tutoring experience with adult learners.
