About the role

We are seeking a dedicated English Language Teacher to join a holiday programme in Abuja. The successful candidate will inspire students to improve their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills through engaging lessons.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English Language lessons.
Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills.
Prepare lesson notes, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress.
Provide feedback and support to students where necessary.
Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Keep accurate attendance and performance records.

Required profile

Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE, or equivalent qualification in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
Immediate availability to resume.
