Engineering Relations Specialist

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking an Engineering Relations Specialist to bridge the gap between its engineering teams and the broader technical community. You will translate complex engineering work into compelling narratives that resonate with expert engineers, conference audiences, and prospective talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with software engineers to understand product builds and technical breakthroughs.
• Produce high‑quality written content such as blog posts, conference abstracts, and video scripts.
• Identify and develop story angles without waiting for assignments.
• Manage multiple content projects and deadlines independently in a fully remote setting.
• Support the Corporate Affairs and R&D teams in positioning Moniepoint’s engineering achievements.

Required profile

• Professional background in software engineering or computer science.
• Experience working in fintech, infrastructure, or high‑scale engineering environments.
• Exceptional writing ability with clarity, precision, and the capacity to make complex ideas engaging.
• Self‑starter who can spot interesting technical stories and pursue them.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing projects autonomously.
