Engineering Relations Partner

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Relations Partner to join the Corporate Affairs and R&D teams. You will work closely with our engineering teams to tell the story of what we’re building in a language that other expert engineers understand. This content‑execution role translates engineers’ work into high‑quality narratives that earn respect in engineering communities, get accepted at top‑tier conferences, and attract exceptional talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Translate engineering projects and learnings into compelling narratives for technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to capture stories, prepare conference abstracts, and produce blog posts, video scripts, and technical articles.
• Manage multiple content projects independently in a fully remote environment, ensuring timely delivery and high editorial standards.

Required profile

• Background in software engineering or computer science with professional coding experience.
• Experience in fintech, infrastructure, or high‑scale engineering environments.
• Exceptional writing skills, able to make complex ideas clear and engaging without oversimplifying.
• Strong instinct for spotting interesting technical stories and turning them into shareable content.
• Understanding of what makes technical content credible and respected in global engineering communities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while working remotely.
