Email Marketing Intern

About the role

Kryd is seeking a proactive Email Marketing Intern to support its marketing and business development initiatives. You will create engaging email campaigns, reach out to potential clients, and help generate qualified leads for the company’s IT recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns targeting businesses.
• Write compelling marketing and cold outreach emails.
• Research and build targeted lists of companies and decision‑makers.
• Promote Kryd’s services through personalized email outreach.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain outreach sequences.
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain an organized prospect database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interest in digital, B2B marketing or sales.
• Ability to research companies and personalize outreach.
• Self‑motivated, organized and eager to learn.
