Electrical/Electronic Engineer

About the role

Technautic Nigeria Limited is seeking a motivated Electrical/Electronic Engineer to support the design, build, and maintenance of electronic and solar power systems. You will work closely with junior technicians and cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality production and efficient circuit performance.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret circuit diagrams, build and troubleshoot electronic circuits.
• Design, program and repair PCB boards, EPROM/EEPROM and PIC/Arduino based modules.
• Prepare specifications and purchase orders for electronic components.
• Estimate material, labour and construction costs for solar installations and new equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance on solar and electrical equipment to minimise downtime.
• Document engineering activities, compile reports for R&D and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with junior technicians to deliver quality products on schedule.

Required profile

• HND or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• 1‑4 years of relevant experience in electronics or solar system projects.
• Ability to work safely while designing, building and repairing circuits.
• Strong record‑keeping and budgeting skills.

Required skills

• EPROM, EEPROM, PIC microcontrollers, Arduino boards.
• PCB design and fabrication.
• Transformer winding, design and repair.
• Solar system and inverter design, installation and maintenance.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
