About the role

Join Interswitch’s 6‑month EFT Engineering Program to gain hands‑on experience in fintech engineering. You will work on real projects, receive mentorship, and develop technical expertise in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑level support to financial institutions
• Collect, analyse and manage data
• Conduct needs assessments and deliver recommendations
• Perform solutions analysis and generate insights
• Manage client and customer relationships
• Prepare reporting and documentation

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience: programming fundamentals (Python, Java), basic SQL, familiarity with Windows/Linux, troubleshooting skills, learning agility
• 3‑5 years of experience: proven technical support/implementation experience (fintech preferred), proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, advanced SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure management, advanced troubleshooting, mastery of ticketing and monitoring tools
• First‑degree from a reputable institution
