Driver – Real Estate Transportation

About the role

We are looking for a reliable driver to support our real‑estate team in Abuja. The role involves transporting staff, clients and documents to property sites, meetings and inspections while ensuring safety and punctuality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive company staff (agents, managers, executives) to property sites, meetings and client appointments.
• Transport clients during house inspections and real‑estate tours.
• Ensure safe, timely pick‑up and drop‑off and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel and condition.
• Plan routes using GPS and navigation apps to avoid traffic delays.
• Deliver documents such as agreements, receipts or property files.
• Assist with light logistics, e.g., carrying small items or keys.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents or maintenance needs immediately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence.
• Good knowledge of city roads and navigation applications.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Basic vehicle‑maintenance awareness.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality and professional conduct.
• Respect for client confidentiality and adherence to traffic rules.
• Flexibility for last‑minute trips or urgent inspections.
