Driver – Enugu (Rotational Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, safety‑conscious Driver to join our healthcare team in Enugu. The role involves transporting staff, visitors, clients and company materials while maintaining vehicles in excellent condition and complying with all traffic regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel and goods to designated locations.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, fueled and well‑maintained.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate trip, fuel, mileage and service records.
• Plan efficient routes and respond to urgent transportation requests.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials when required.
• Ensure vehicle documents, licences and insurance remain valid.
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality and courteous conduct at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/WAEC qualification; National Diploma (ND) in any relevant field.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• At least three years of professional driving experience, preferably in Enugu.
• Physical fitness to handle long driving hours and ability to work day/night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Residency in Enugu or surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Professional defensive driving techniques.
• Operation of both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Vehicle diagnostics and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and route optimisation tools.

What we offer

• Net monthly salary between ₦90,000 and ₦100,000.
• Full‑time permanent contract with rotational day and night shifts.
