About the role
The Document Control Administrator will support the Lead Archivist and Head of Department in maintaining accurate documentation within the Archive Department.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures that documents are archived in the correct version.
- Assures that all deliverables issued are updated to the latest version.
- Receives correspondence from the site office and processes it for delivery to the client and contractor.
- Scans and forwards acknowledged copies of letters received from the site.
- Archives hard‑copy letters already processed by the line manager.
- Handles general correspondence.
- Updates diesel records of generators in head office and DVO.
- Checks daily newspapers and Tender Journal for prospective job adverts and shares findings with the line manager.
