About the role
We are looking for a reliable Dispatch Rider to join our Operations Department in Lagos. You will be responsible for the timely delivery of goods and documents across the island part of the city, ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently.
- Handle parcels, documents and other items with care.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required signatures.
- Communicate any delivery issues or delays to the operations team promptly.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company safety standards.
Required profile
- Good knowledge of Lagos streets and traffic patterns.
- Strong sense of punctuality and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service attitude.
