About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a visionary academic leader to own and scale its proven accelerated‑learning model. You will translate learning‑science research into operational standards, drive consistent execution across schools, and serve as the public face of the movement.

Key responsibilities

• Design academic frameworks that turn learning‑science principles into curriculum, motivation, and application guidelines.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to keep school teams aligned, accountable, and results‑focused.
• Integrate data, stakeholder interviews, and observations into ecosystem assessments that identify high‑impact obstacles and recommend targeted interventions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback, and milestone oversight.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading academic programs that deliver measurable student outcomes.
• Experience standardizing execution across multiple school sites and raising leadership performance standards.
• Strong public‑speaking ability and credibility to advocate for evidence‑based education reform.
