Direct Sales Agent

About the role

Choice Talents is hiring a full-time Direct Sales Agent based in Lagos and Abuja. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for a digital product, meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads for the digital product through networking, cold calling and marketing the company's products through market storms and digital channels.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product, its features and benefits to customers.
• Create customer awareness of the company's products and provide excellent customer service, answering questions about products and services.
• Manage schedules, keep track of leads and sales, and submit reports to the supervisor.
• Listen to customers' needs and feedback to generate repeat sales.
• Stay up to date on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition in a finance or credit organisation.
• Basic understanding of financial services is preferred.
