Direct Sales Agent

About the role

Kuda is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to drive growth by promoting its digital banking products in the Apapa area. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building relationships, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Market Kuda’s financial products, including personal and business banking, loans and POS terminals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and negotiate pricing to close deals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience as a Direct Sales Agent, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• High motivation, enthusiasm and ability to meet sales targets.
