Direct Sales Agent (DSA) – Lagos & Abuja

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to promote and sell our digital financial products in Lagos and Abuja. The role focuses on generating new customers, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through networking, cold‑calling and digital channels.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of product features and benefits to prospects.
• Raise customer awareness of the company’s offerings.
• Provide responsive customer service and answer product‑related queries.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports.
• Listen to customer feedback and foster repeat business.
• Stay updated on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organization.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building skills.
• Energetic, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services is a plus.
