Direct Sales Agent (DSA) – Digital Products

About the role

A recruiter is hiring 10 Direct Sales Agents to drive business development for digital products, based in Lagos and Abuja. Candidates must have prior experience as a Direct Sales Agent or Executive in a bank or finance house. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Acquire new customers by generating leads through networking, cold calling and marketing products through market storms and digital channels.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the product, its features and benefits to customers.
• Create customer awareness of the company's products and provide excellent customer service, answering questions about them.
• Manage schedules, keep track of leads and sales, and submit reports to the supervisor.
• Listen to customers' needs and feedback to generate repeat sales, and stay up to date on product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing or customer acquisition in a finance or credit organisation.
• Basic understanding of financial services is preferred.
