Direct Sales Agent / Account Executive

About the role

Tro-Vest Capital Partners Limited is hiring Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) / Account Executives in Lagos, Nigeria, on a hybrid and field-based basis. This is a contract position driven by performance, with an opportunity for permanent employment. The agents will drive customer acquisition, investment mobilization and sales of the company's digital financial products, including a fintech app with loans, savings and collections, and an investment app.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard 50 to 100 new customers or accounts each month.
• Mobilize N20 million to N100 million in investment funds each month.
• Market and promote the digital lending, investment and collections applications.
• Drive app downloads, customer registrations, account activations and product adoption.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of OND, NCE, HND or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in direct sales, banking, fintech, investment mobilization or financial services.
• Proven ability to acquire customers and generate sales.
• Experience selling financial products or digital applications is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and meet ambitious targets.
