Digital Social Media Marketer

About the role

Eric Kayser, a leading bakery and pastry brand in Lagos, is looking for a dynamic Digital Social Media Marketer. You will own the brand’s online presence, create eye‑catching visual content and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and interaction.
• Create, curate and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Design graphics and edit videos tailored to each platform’s specifications.
• Plan and run promotional campaigns, contests and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor comments, messages and community interactions, responding promptly and professionally.
• Analyse performance metrics, generate reports and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, tools and best practices in social media.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
