About the role
TalentPop is seeking a results‑driven Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. You will act as the revenue hero, turning abandoned carts and hesitant shoppers into confirmed buyers through personalized outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery outreach via email, SMS, and live chat.
- Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot purchase‑related issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach campaigns and drive continuous growth.
Required profile
- Self‑starter ready to hit the ground running.
- At least 1 year of proven remote/online sales experience.
- At least 1 year of customer support experience (email, chat, or phone), preferably in e‑commerce.
- Strong conversion mindset with elite communication abilities.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable using e‑commerce platforms.
