Digital Operations Partner

About the role

We are a specialist recruitment agency seeking a Digital Operations Partner to manage and optimise our technology stack across multiple geographies. This independent contractor role focuses on day‑to‑day operational performance rather than strategic planning.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and deploy the agency’s ATS, CRM, workspace, document management, invoicing, payment gateway, and analytics tools.
• Define and enforce data‑quality standards across all platforms.
• Onboard and offboard partners from a technology perspective.
• Monitor monthly platform adoption rates and produce operations reports.
• Maintain baseline cybersecurity controls across all active regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing WordPress sites and automation/AI agents.
• Hands‑on background with recruitment technology (ATS, CRM, HRIS).
• Ability to configure and integrate SaaS tools for distributed, multi‑geography teams.
• Experience with data‑quality management, multi‑currency payment infrastructure, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Comfortable working independently with non‑technical partners across time zones.
• Willingness to work on a 100% commission‑only basis.

What we offer

• Commission of 2.5% of total agency‑retained revenue collected each month.
• Earnings scale directly with agency growth, with projected monthly earnings ranging from $225 to $3,150.
• Participation in a Non‑Commercial Partners Performance Bonus Pool.
