Digital Marketing Specialist – Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead, execute and optimise our digital campaigns across multiple channels. The role will be based in Lagos and will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and improve ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence.
• Measure, analyse and report campaign performance against ROI and KPI targets.
• Identify trends, optimise spend and recommend growth strategies.
• Run A/B and multivariate experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO/SEM and paid media campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to create data‑driven strategies and optimise user funnels.
• Strong analytical mindset with up‑to‑date knowledge of online marketing trends.
