Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Thronos Alliance is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to design, execute and optimise integrated online campaigns. You will work closely with creative and analytics teams to drive traffic, generate leads and improve conversion performance across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives.
• Create and optimise landing pages, conversion funnels and email automation journeys.
• Monitor website traffic, conversion rates and overall digital performance.
• Analyse campaign data, perform A/B testing and optimise for ROI.
• Manage remarketing, retargeting and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Track customer acquisition costs, conversion metrics and budget spend.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, platform changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• HND or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing paid media campaigns.
• Professional certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, CIM, SEMrush) are a plus.
