Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer will lead the planning and execution of online marketing initiatives that support Droomwork Limited’s educational services. This role focuses on building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and driving engagement across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media.
• Grow and maintain the company’s social media presence.
• Generate qualified leads and support customer acquisition efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including social media and search engine ads.
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to nurture leads.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage social media platforms and digital campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
