Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager to drive traffic, leads, enrollments and brand visibility for our business in Lagos. The role will manage paid advertising, SEO, email marketing and conversion‑focused campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Develop SEO‑driven content strategies and optimise landing pages for conversions.
• Manage email marketing programmes and automation workflows.
• Track and improve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement data‑driven campaign enhancements.
• Collaborate with content, community and design teams.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
• Google Ads and Meta Advertising certifications.
