About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager who will also serve as a Growth Marketing Specialist. You will own end‑to‑end digital campaigns, build scalable acquisition funnels and optimise the customer journey for our hospitality brand.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Design and manage scalable customer acquisition funnels from awareness to conversion.
- Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while increasing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and retention.
- Plan, launch, optimise and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
