Digital Marketing & IT Support Officer

About the role

FMC Agency Ltd is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & IT Support Officer to join its Marketing & IT department in Ikeja. The role is fully on‑site and combines the management of online marketing activities with first‑line IT support for staff.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor social media, email and online advertising campaigns.
• Maintain the company website, perform SEO updates and manage content via CMS.
• Track campaign performance, generate analytics reports and support brand activations.
• Provide first‑level IT assistance, including hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
• Set up and maintain computers, printers and office systems, and manage email backups.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑NYSC experience in digital marketing and/or IT support.
• Residency in Ikeja or nearby Lagos areas.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between 200,000 NGN and 300,000 NGN per month, plus allowances and incentives.
