Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

E&R Standard Gate is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to boost online visibility, generate leads, and grow the brand across West Africa. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ikota, Lagos and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead‑generation and demand‑creation campaigns.
• Manage all SEO activities, including technical SEO, keyword research, and SERP analysis.
• Plan and produce content marketing assets and oversee blog management.
• Run paid advertising campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and other platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital channels.
• Create design and creative content using Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Handle website and technical marketing tasks, including schema markup and basic HTML updates.
• Track performance, produce analytics reports, and optimize campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record in lead generation and SEO.
