Digital Marketing & Content Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to lead our online presence and drive qualified leads for 1502 Properties Limited. The role combines strategic planning, campaign execution and content oversight to boost brand awareness in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
• Generate qualified leads and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Manage the company’s CRM system and set up marketing automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain a content strategy and editorial calendar.
• Monitor marketing metrics, prepare regular performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Supervise the Marketing & Client Support Intern.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation and CRM management.
• Strong analytical, communication and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Residence in Yaba or nearby areas is an advantage.
