Digital Marketer (Remote)

About the role

Creative Minds Academy Ltd is seeking a full‑time remote Marketer to expand brand awareness, attract learners, and support enrollment growth. You will plan and execute digital campaigns, conduct market research, and collaborate with content and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market and audience research to refine messaging for different learner segments.
• Create compelling marketing assets in partnership with content creators and designers.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to optimize strategies and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support launches, webinars, and events aligned with the academy’s mission.

Required profile

• Strong digital marketing background, including campaign planning, social media, email marketing, and basic SEO.
• Experience with marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and data‑driven optimization.
• Proficiency in content‑focused marketing, messaging development, and basic copywriting.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email service providers, and social media management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a remote environment.
• Interest in education, lifelong learning, or social impact; edtech experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with cross‑functional, globally distributed teams.
