About the role

Capinta Consult Limited is seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms.
• Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Generate and follow up on leads through digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Stay updated on current digital marketing trends.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing goals.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Creative, proactive, and result‑oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet deadlines and achieve set targets.
• Male and female candidates welcome, aged 22–33.
