Digital Marketer

About the role

Kenex Konsults International is seeking a proactive Digital Marketer to drive online growth across its retail, fashion and FMCG brands. You will develop and execute data‑driven campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance the company’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that support business goals.
• Plan, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Maintain and grow the company’s social media channels and overall online presence.
• Create, coordinate and publish engaging content such as posts, blogs, emails and multimedia assets.
• Execute SEO and SEM tactics to improve website visibility and traffic.
• Monitor, analyse and report on website traffic, campaign performance and user engagement metrics.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition through digital channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Manage email marketing programmes and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 12 months of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management or online advertising.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, creative and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
