Digital Marketer

About the role

The Digital Marketer will drive iLOT’s online presence across social media, search engines and email channels. Working from the Abuja office, you will create and optimise campaigns that attract and retain betting and lottery customers while ensuring all content meets international quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage iLOT’s social media accounts, plan content calendars and publish high‑quality images, audio and video.
• Develop, launch and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Yahoo and Bing.
• Track website performance and campaign results using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and paid search efficiency.
• Oversee email marketing, display advertising and WordPress website updates.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with media and advertising partners to enhance marketing outcomes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging digital technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
• Proven ability to plan projects, set deliverables and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.

Required skills

• Google Analytics, Google Ads, Keyword Planner, Search Console, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends.
• SEO and SEM, PPC campaign management across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript basics.
• WordPress website management.
• Email marketing and display advertising.
• Graphics design tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
