Digital Growth Executive

About the role

The Digital Growth Executive will drive revenue growth for our hospitality, travel and lifestyle services by generating, nurturing and converting high‑value sales opportunities through digital channels. Working from our Marina office in Lagos, you will be the primary point of contact for inbound enquiries and will proactively prospect new leads across social media, messaging apps and online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify high‑value leads via digital prospecting, referrals, social media and outbound messaging.
• Respond promptly to enquiries received through WhatsApp, email, live chat, phone and other digital platforms.
• Engage prospects to understand needs and recommend suitable products across the Bedrock Group portfolio.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person sales presentations, product demos and follow‑up meetings.
• Utilise conversational and consultative selling techniques to close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, update CRM records and provide accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Identify corporate accounts, strategic partnerships and repeat‑business opportunities.
