About the role

VIYA Health Enterprise Ltd is seeking a Digital Consumer Experience Manager to lead the execution of its digital consumer strategy across Nigeria. This commercially‑driven, consumer‑obsessed role blends digital marketing, content strategy, community growth, omnichannel execution, and performance analytics to create seamless, culturally resonant experiences for women navigating their sexual and reproductive health journey.

Key responsibilities

• Localise and implement VIYA’s consumer experience strategy for the Nigerian market, ensuring frictionless journeys across digital (app, e‑commerce, social, email, CRM) and physical touchpoints.
• Own the omnichannel ecosystem map for Nigeria, coordinating with commercial, clinical, regulatory, and technology teams to maintain a coherent end‑to‑end consumer journey.
• Map consumer journeys, identify friction points and channel gaps, and drive resolution in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Champion consumer‑centred thinking across the Nigeria business and monitor trends in digital health, consumer tech, and women’s health.
• Contribute insights to Africa‑regional and global consumer experience strategy, ensuring Nigeria’s needs are reflected.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the Nigerian consumer landscape, especially in digital health and e‑commerce.
• Strong digital fluency with experience in omnichannel execution and performance analytics.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Hands‑on executor and strategic thinker capable of translating global frameworks into local impact.
