Design Architect & Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Design Architect & Project Coordinator to drive architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution. The role blends design development with project coordination, ensuring seamless communication, accurate documentation, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active projects, tracking progress, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage project communication, respond to emails, and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify risks, delays or gaps early and propose corrective actions.
• Review outgoing drawings and documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with design intent.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project folders, records and version control.
• Liaise with engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Lead FF&E sourcing, evaluate vendors, obtain quotations and coordinate procurement, delivery and installation.
• Support day‑to‑day studio operations through structured workflow management.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction or real estate.
• Strong understanding of design processes and project delivery stages.
• Experience in FF&E sourcing or interior fit‑out coordination is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
