Delivery Agent – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Agent to manage customer orders for MFT products in Marina, Nigeria. The role involves safe, timely deliveries, real‑time communication with customers, and handling cash‑on‑delivery transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch assigned customer orders.
• Contact customers promptly regarding deliveries.
• Deliver orders safely and professionally, providing real‑time updates.
• Collect COD payments and remit funds immediately after successful payment.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, payments and returns.
• Handle and store MFT products securely and ensure safe return of unsuccessful deliveries.
• Stay active and available for assigned deliveries during working hours and follow MFT delivery procedures.

Required profile

• Own a suitable vehicle available for delivery work every working day.
• Valid driver’s licence and active WhatsApp account.
• Available for dispatch from 8:00 AM, Monday–Saturday.
• Comfortable collecting COD payments and remitting funds immediately.
• Secure place to keep MFT products while in possession.
• Familiarity with the Marina area and reliable, responsible attitude.
• Valid NIN/National Identification Number and verifiable identification.
• Willingness to provide references and residential address for verification.
