Decentralized Purchasing Personnel – Procurement Role

About the role

SPIE Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a Decentralized Purchasing Personnel to support procurement activities across the entity. The role focuses on creating purchase requests, managing tender processes, and ensuring transparent, compliant purchasing for services up to USD 50,000.

Key responsibilities

• Create Purchase Requests in SAP and prepare commitments below USD 50,000.
• Run Call for Tender (CFT) processes, ensuring competition among at least three registered vendors.
• Receive, open, and evaluate tenders in line with decentralized purchasing procedures.
• Negotiate and issue Purchase Orders for services not exceeding USD 50,000.
• Create Call‑off Orders from existing contracts in UNISUP and ensure accurate Services Entry Sheets for timely vendor invoicing.
• Obtain required signatures on Purchase Orders before work commences.
• Propose Outline Agreements for recurring services and prepare contract award recommendations.
• Maintain proper filing, archiving, and uploading of contractual documentation in UNISUP.
