Data Science Manager – Growth & Marketing Attribution

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking a senior Data Science Manager to join its Growth team. You will lead the design, development, and productionisation of core attribution, marketing mix, and predictive models that drive the company’s credit and payment products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own attribution, CAC/mCAC, LTV, and multichannel marketing mix models.
• Develop, test, and productionise state‑of‑the‑art machine‑learning and optimisation algorithms.
• Design experiments (A/B, multivariate) and translate results into actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate models into the platform.
• Maintain end‑to‑end model lifecycle from problem definition through deployment and monitoring.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional quantitative analysis experience, preferably in FMCG or fintech.
• Advanced degree (MSc) in Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field; PhD preferred.
• Deep knowledge of statistical inference, Bayesian statistics, causal inference, time‑series analysis and mathematical optimisation.
• Proven experience with multichannel attribution and marketing mix modelling.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
