About the role

Join Bincom Dev Center’s Tech Apprenticeship Programme as a Cybersecurity Trainee. You will receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and the chance to work on real security projects while building a solid foundation in cyber protection.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and analysing security alerts and incidents.
• Support vulnerability scanning and risk assessment activities.
• Participate in developing and testing cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Learn to operate intrusion‑detection tools, firewalls, and endpoint‑protection solutions.
• Help with incident‑response simulations and reporting.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness research and aid internal training initiatives.
• Document findings, security configurations, and recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cybersecurity and digital protection.
• Basic understanding of networking, information systems, or IT fundamentals (preferred).
• Eagerness to learn about risk management, data privacy, and security best practices.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Willingness to dedicate consistent learning hours and actively participate in team projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
