Customer Success Specialist (Enterprise)

About the role

Growth Stack is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to champion our enterprise customers across Africa. You will work closely with clients using the Odoo ERP platform, ensuring they extract maximum value and become long‑term advocates of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from executive sponsors to day‑to‑day users.
• Understand each customer’s business objectives and co‑create actionable roadmaps and account plans in partnership with Sales.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Odoo’s features and new releases to add value in every interaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into tailored product solutions.
• Contribute to the development of best‑practice playbooks for common customer scenarios.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a software or IT environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage a diverse workload in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the Odoo ERP platform and its recent product updates.
