Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel industry, handling inbound and outbound interactions while providing first‑level assistance to users of a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage cases, log interactions, and maintain accurate call histories.
• Assist homeowners using the booking platform, especially during escalations.
• Classify, follow up, and resolve customer issues such as modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
• Analyze call data and share feedback with internal teams.
• Stay updated on platform and process changes.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or online travel setting.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort working online.
• Clear, empathetic communication under pressure.
• Availability to work CET schedule, including mandatory weekend shifts.

• Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
• Salesforce.
• Standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Windows 11 or macOS 14+ operating systems.
