Customer Service Sales Representative – Entry Level

About the role

Join a fast‑growing e‑commerce company as a Customer Service Sales Representative. You will be the front‑line contact for prospects, helping them discover our products and converting interest into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Close sales using a variety of marketing techniques.
• Engage prospects through WhatsApp, phone calls and email.
• Build rapport, listen actively and understand customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of our product distribution network and inventory management systems.
• Generate new leads through cold‑calling and follow‑up activities.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets within set timeframes.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Track market potential, produce sales reports and provide feedback on customer trends.

Required profile

• OND qualification (or equivalent).
• Entry‑level, highly motivated and target‑driven.
• Proven ability to communicate persuasively and negotiate.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to receive and act on feedback.
