About the role

Tectainet Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Lagos office. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring accurate information about the company's IT and telecom products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex queries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings and policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service operations.
• High school diploma; a degree in Business, Communications or a related field is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication with an empathetic style.
• Ability to work onsite in Lagos and manage time independently.
• Prior exposure to technology or telecom sector is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or ticketing tools.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Ability to operate smart devices and standard PC systems.
