Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The role focuses on building relationships, generating sales leads and supporting customers throughout the buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads to convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving assigned targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum HND (Higher National Diploma) in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Strong customer relationship management capabilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales objectives.
• Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Residence in or around Anthony, Maryland, Ilupeju, Gbagada, Palmgrove, Oshodi, Mushin, Shomolu, or nearby areas.
