Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Marina. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, generate sales leads, and ensure customers receive accurate information and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls
• Generate sales leads and identify customer needs
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools
• Meet personal and team sales targets and call‑handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process account documentation
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
• Go the extra mile to engage and retain customers

Required profile

• BSc or BA degree in any discipline
• Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative
• Track record of over‑achieving sales quotas
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
• Customer‑oriented mindset with ability to adapt to different personalities
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must reside in Benin
