Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Ilupeju, Lagos State, providing friendly and accurate assistance to customers through phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions. You will be the first point of contact for product, order and policy inquiries, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our organic‑focused brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Resolve complaints, process orders, returns and exchanges.
• Update and maintain customer records in the management system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Guide customers through product options and share basic product knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams.
• Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service or a similar frontline role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced retail or service environment.
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy, able to manage multiple interactions.
• Team‑oriented, organized and able to handle several customers simultaneously.
• Interest in organic products and healthy living is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CSR tools.
• Experience using customer management systems.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) tools.
• Competent use of email for business communication.
